Dated 1943 and manufacturer marked by the Universal Camera Corporation. Each lens has its own focus adjustment. The binoculars show signs of wear and use but the optics are quite good. They are contained within a green plastic M62A1 Case. Both the binoculars and the case have their full carrying straps.
