The green wool service tunic is in excellent condition, showing expected signs of wear and use, but without holes, stains, or damage. The cuffs carry the rank insignia of a Lieutenant Commander, while the upper left breast carries a very fine bullion U.S. Navy aviator wing. The interior lining has a seam separation in the armpit of the right sleeve.
