WWII Single Decal Army Transitional M18 Helmet by Eisenhuette Silesia

The exterior field gray paint is approximately 80 percent intact, with the army eagle decal being approximately 90 percent intact. The M18 helmet lugs for the protective helmet plate were removed and replaced by split rivet covers.The full leather liner is present and intact, as is the leather chin strap. The interior side of the helmet is stamped with the code of “Si 66”, reflecting a size 66 shell that was produced by the firm of Eisenhuette Silesia in Paruschowitz Oberschlesien. Overall very good condition.
