WWII Signed Japanese Good Luck Flag Presented by an Army General with 1,000 Stitch Belt and Sash

The cotton flag is approximately 29 inches by 40 inches. The flag is named to “Mr. Ito Yasuro From [Army] Lieutenant General Hashimoto Katsutaro”, together with the declaration of “Serve Your Country with Fidelity”. The flag shows age spots but it is without holes or damage. The flag has two reinforced corners with purple cord ties. Also accompanying the flag is the same soldier’s 1,000 stitch belt, without ties, bearing the printed slogan of “Prayers for Eternal Good fortune in Combat”, with the opposite side of the belt bearing the 1,000 stitches. Finally, the group includes a red cotton sash that Mr. Ito Yasuro would have worn as a recruit going of to war. Overall the items are in excellent condition.
