WWII Period U.S. Army Chemical Corps Guidon

The guidon is double sided, multi piece construction, with a wool field and cotton Chemical Corps insignia on each side. The guidon is approximately 21 inches by 30 inches and has scattered small holes. The hoist edge has a sleeve with leather tabs for attachment to a pole, and the inside of the sleeve has a cloth tag from the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot.
