WWII German Oil Portrait of an Army Panzerjaeger Unteroffizier 20-1/2″ X 25-1/2″

An exceptional oil portrait of a young Army Unteroffizier in dress waffenrock and visor cap, with the shoulder straps clearly indicating that the Unteroffizier was serving with the 22nd Panzerjaeger Regiment. The solider is a classic example of the ideal Aryan of the Third Reich, having blond hair and blue eyes. The portrait is signed with an initial and the last name “Koch” and the location “Coburg”.  The portrait is approximately 20 1/2 by 25 1/2 inches in size. The oil portrait shows expected signs of age but it is overall in excellent condition.
