WWII Named Presentation “Off to War” Banner

The artificial silk banner is approximately 19-1/2 inches by 42 inches, exclusive of the fringe. The banner shows spots, but it is without holes or damage. The top of the banner has a sleeve for the insertion of a suspension rod. The banner exhibits crossed Japanese flags and the declaration of “Congratulations on your Departure”, with the banner being named to “Mr. Kisei Shigeo” and presented by his relative “Kisei Sansuke” of Tokyo. Overall excellent condition.
