A Type 32 cavalry saber with an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 39 inches, and with a blade length of approximately 32 inches. The matte finish blade shows some spots, but the blade is smooth and without chips or cracks. Overall the blade is very clean and it makes an excellent appearance. The ricasso of the blade is numbered”74230″. The drag of the scabbard has the number “73655″stamped into it. The wooden grip shows age but it is without nicks or cracks. The steel guard and the scabbard both exhibit some relatively light surface rust.Overall the sword is in very good to excellent condition.
