WWII Japanese NCO Ranks Weekly Duty Officer Armband

The white cotton armband has two separately sewn red stripes for wear by Duty Officers of NCO rank. The interior has handwritten kanji and a red issue stamp. A safety pin, showing rust, remains pinned to the armband. The armband shows soiling from wear and a stain from the safety pin, but overall it is in excellent condition. I have shown a photo of one of this type armbands in wear, photo is not included.
