WWII Japanese Navy Officer White Field Cap

The white cotton field cap of an officer of the Imperial Japanese Navy, the officer rank indicated by the two black bands around the body of the cap. The interior shows signs of wear and there is a small issue stamp on the interior body. The cotton cap shows the expected surface soiling and toning from age but the cap is in overall excellent field used condition.
