The leather dispatch case is approximately 8 inches wide by 9-3/4 inches long by 2-1/2 inches deep. The case cover bears a painted red cross and painted kanji. The interior has two internal compartments. The full shoulder strap is attached. The leather case and strap shows expected signs of use in the field, with spots and scuffs, and two short breaks in the outer edge of the leather cover flap, but the leather case remains pliable and intact.
