The white cotton armband has a single separately sewn red stripe for wear by Duty Officers of enlisted ranks. The interior has handwritten kanji and a red issue stamp. The armband shows soiling from wear, but overall it is in excellent condition. I have shown a photo of one of this type armbands in wear, photo is not included.
