The silk belt is approximately 7-1/4 inches wide when folded by 26-1/4 inches long. The belt lacks any ties and the silk fabric shows separations and spots. It bears kanji for the patriotic slogan of “Eternal Good Fortune in Battle”. About 1/4 of the red dots have been stitched.
