WWII Japanese Artillery Periscope Binoculars 15×4 Power

A tall and quite heavy set of periscope binoculars, comprised of the binoculars set, a triangular three-footed short base, and a metal base plate. Measuring 27″ high. The original olive green paint is very fine and nearly 100% intact. The set is manufacturer marked by the Tokyo Optical Company (“TO-KO”). The base includes a small functioning level bubble. The optics are quite clear, with an aiming reticle in the right lens. Overall excellent field used condition.
