WWII Japanese Army Officer Wool Field Cap

The cap is constructed from a high quality olive green wool. The cloth Imperial Army star on the front of the cap shows some damage. The exterior of the cap is very clean and it is without holes, stains or damage. The full interior lining is present, as is the interior leather sweatband, with a kanji stamp on the underside. The green leather chinstrap is retained on the sides by officer cherry blossom buttons. The cap is exceptionally clean and it is in excellent used condition.
