WWII Japanese Army Officer Visor Cap
The green wool visor cap shows tracking on the top and sides of the cap body. The red cap band shows soiling. The surface of the black leather visor exhibits some light age crazing. The interior retains the full green silk lining, which has a few small holes and a cloth label bearing handwritten kanji, likely the name of the officer who owned the cap. The Japanese Army star is on the front center of the cap band.
