The very nice green wool field cap displays the gold bullion Japanese Army star on the front peak, with the leather chin strap retained by gold cherry blossom buttons. The exterior surface of the cap shows a few small holes as well as minor tracking. The full leather sweatband is present on the interior, with the lining of the crown being present and intact. A diamond shaped interior label in the crown bears a single handwritten kanji character. Overall the field cap makes a very good appearance.
