WWII Italian Fascist Youth Organization (GIL) Leader’s Knife by F. Horster

The blade is generally clean, with some spots and scratches but being bright with intact plating and with the ricasso bearing the name of the Horster firm of Solingen. The painted wood grip is without chips or cracks and the grip remains wrapped in twisted brass wire. The brass eagle hilt exhibits much retained gilt finish. The black leather scabbard has scuffs and signs of age, but it is complete and intact. Overall very good condition.
