World War II Luftwaffe M35 double decal combat helmet. The Luftwaffe eagle decal is of the early “droop tailed” style and would rate as approximately 95% intact. The national colors shield would rate as approximately 97% intact. The helmet in complete with its liner and chinstrap. The interior of the liner is unit marked to a Luftwaffe combat signals company (Luftnachrichten Kompanie). The liner drawstring is present and the liner is stamped size “57”. The helmet retains approximately 90% of the matte blue gray Luftwaffe combat paint. The interior of the helmet skirt is marked “ET64”, indicating manufacture by the Eisenhttenwerke firm in Thale. The interior read skirt of the helmet carries the stamped lot number of a 4 above 3287.
