The ricasso of the blade bears a mark of “S”. The lower two-thirds of the blade on each side shows graying and the blade overall shows spots and scratches. The wood grip plates are without chips or cracks. The black scabbard paint is approximately 90% intact, with most of the visible wear to the paint being beneath the scabbard clip.
