The field gray wool tunic shows spots and signs of use, there is a period repair to a hole on the left cuff, a torn corner on the pocket flap of the upper left pocket and a hole in the corner of the lower left pocket. The tunic has slip-on shoulder straps which are piped in the green waffenfarbe of the Jaeger forces. The right sleeve carries the insignia of Jaeger troops. The national eagle and swastika, woven on a field gray base, is sewn on the upper right breast. The left sleeve bears the rank chevron of an army Obergefreiter. The interior of the tunic displays issue stamps. Overall the tunic is in very good field used condition,
