The blade shows spots and wear to the finish, but it is without nicks, chips, or rust. The wood grip plates similarly show spots and age toning, but they are without chips or cracks. The guard and pommel exhibit uncleaned patina. The scabbard finish is largely intact. The leather frog is quite clean. Overall the bayonet is in very good used condition.
