The album has silk covers, with the front cover bearing floral embroidery. The album measures approximately 10-1/2 inches by 14 inches and it contains approximately 54 black and white photographs, including four commercial postcards (one of a B-17 bomber and three scenic views of Washington state). The photographs depict American soldiers in the theater of operations, war damaged streets, and local military and civilian personnel, including what appears to be a group of the famed Ghurka soldiers of India. The album is in very good condition, showing expected signs of age.
