WWII British Poster: “Let Us Go Forward Together”

Approximately 19-7/8 inches by 29-7/8 inches. The poster is one of the most iconic images of the Second World War, a photo montage poster of Winston Churchill backed by attacking tanks and a flight of Spitfire fighters. This example of the poster was obviously sent to the United States for use, since the reverse side bears the stamp of the British Information Service in New York City. The poster exhibits mild age toning of the paper and light fold lines, and there are four small reinforced holes on the top margin edge, none of which detract from the impressive image. Overall very good condition.
