The jacket is the “ETO” style that was developed by the Army Air force for use by its personnel in the European Theater of Operations in World War II. Constructed of olive drab wool, it has two slash pockets on the side that are lined with corduroy. The storm flap is present under the lapel. On the left shoulder is a British Made embroidered wool patch of the Army Air force Technical Service Command in Europe. Each sleeve carries a Master Sergeant chevron, while the lower left sleeve has five overseas service chevrons and an enlistment stripe. The interior has an Army Air Forces property stencil. The interior has an inked annotation in the collar. The jacket is in excellent condition, without stains, holes or damage.
