Excellent condition. Navy Aircrew Wing with a USMC EGA over the Navy anchor. It has three bronzes stars. Marked Sterling with a pinback fastener. The roller catch is missing. Also included is a 3 x 4″ photo of owner with aircraft and pilot. Squadron VMSB-231 written on the back of the photo.
