The enameled bronze badge is approximately 1-3/8 inches long. The enamel is without chips or cracks. The reverse is maker marked by the firm of J.R. Gaunt of London. The badge was issued in Wales during World War I for members of the National Reserve, which organized former servicemen and volunteers for home defense and support duties. Very good condition.
