The breeches are tailored from a high quality ribbed olive green wool. The interior pocket bears numeric stamps as well as a name stamp. of “James H. Hand”. Aside from a few relatively minor pulls to the material, the breeches are quite clean, showing only minimal use, and they are in overall excellent condition.
