WWI U.S. Army Railway Regulating Station Senior Master Engineer Sergeant Tunic and Breeches Uniform with Victory Medal

The uniform is comprised of the olive drab wool tunic and breeches. The tunic has “U.S.” and Corps of Engineers collar disks. The left shoulder has a wool Railway Regulating Station patch as well as a red discharge stripe and three gold bullion overseas chevrons. The right sleeve bears the rank chevron of a Senior Master Engineer. The tunic shows some spots and soiling. The tunic interior retains the full lining and contractor tag. The front of the tunic bears a World War I Victory Medal with “France” bar as well as the Victory Medal ribbon bar. The olive drab wool breeches have raw edges at the bottoms of the legs and scattered holes. Overall the uniform is in very good condition.
