WWI Third Division Model 1917 Combat Helmet

The front of the helmet displays a painted Third Division insignia, which is largely intact, showing wear and scuffs. The helmet exterior shows typical scuffs and abrasions, as well as surface dirt and rust. The helmet liner is missing, although the liner pad is present. The leather chin strap is intact.
