WWI Russian Trench Art Shell Casing with Czar Nicholas II Monogram

The brass shell casing is approximately 7-1/2 inches tall. One side bears the Imperial Russian eagle. The opposite side has the insignia of an artillery regiment above the monogram of Czar Nicholas II. The base is marked, with those markings including a Russian Cyrillic letter “D” inside of a circle. The casing shows uncleaned patina. Overall very good condition.
