WWI Recruiting Poster: “Tell That To The Marines!” by James Montgomery Flagg

Approximately 27 inches by 40 inches. The poster has some edge crumpling, a few edge tears, and several very light horizontal lines. Overall the poster has bright colors and it makes a very good appearance, and it would undoubtedly appear as near mint if framed or linen mounted. This example of the poster was given an overprint with the address of a Marine Corps Recruiting Office “At 24 East 23rd Street”. This was the address of the Marine Corps Recruiting Office in New York City.
