The field gray wool mutze is exceptionally clean, having a very tiny hole in the rear of the red wool cap band as well as extremely subtle tracking on the top of the cap. The front of the mutze carries the national colors and the Prussian colors cockades. The full lining is intact, bearing a manufacturer stamp and the marked size of “55”. Overall excellent condition.
