The body of the wool kepi shows surface soiling, scattered holes, and stitching repairs to the bottom edge of the cap. The wool number “4” is stitched to the front of the kepi. The surface of the visor shows age crazing. The interior leather sweatband is intact. The interior lining bears a manufacturer mark and a size stamp of “58”.
