The felt body of the helmet is quite clean, without damage, and displaying an excellent shape. The front carries a brass Bavarian wappen helmet plate. The helmet similarly has a brass front edge, a brass spike, and a brass spike base. The sides display Bavarian and national colors cockades. The chin strap is broken. The full interior liner is present and intact, showing minimal age or wear. The interior has a paper size tag of “57”. Overall very good to excellent condition, and making a very fine appearance.
