WWI Army Corps of Engineers “Somewhere In France” Picture Frame
The frame measures approximately 4 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches. The frame is fabric covered with a mounted officer “U.S.” collar insignia as well as a plaque which bears a Corps of Engineers castle and the statement “Somewhere in France”. The frame contains a commercially produced photograph of a French Army artillery observer in a tree. The frame has an easel stand on the reverse.
