The olive wool tunic displays “U.S.” and artillery branch Battery “E” collar disks. The lower left sleeve bears two bullion overseas chevrons. The upper left sleeve has a red discharge stripe, while the left shoulder displays a bullion 83rd Division patch above a small embroidered Army of Occupation patch. The full lining is present in the tunic, with a contractor label beneath the lower lining hem. The exterior of the tunic shows a few small holes in the lower front, not particularly distracting, with the tunic overall making a very good appearance.
