The double sided silk embroidered flag is in excellent condition, showing some slight fading to the embroidery but without tears, holes, or separations. The flag measures approximately 51 inches by 65 inches exclusive of fringe. The hoist edge has a sleeve for a flag pole, with leather tab for affixing to a pole. One of the leather tabs has detached from the sleeve. The other leather tab has an attached metal tag reflecting manufacture by the Horstmann Company of Philadelphia.
