Rayon material, horizontal format, single sided, banner for a Pennsylvania chapter of the Wives of World War II Submarine Veterans. The lettering and submarine badge emblem are fully embroidered on one side. The banner is approximately 54 inches wide by 36 inches long. The upper edge has a horizontal sleeve with interior leather attachment tabs, so that the banner could be suspended from a horizontal pole and carried at the front of the group in a parade. The banner has a number of spots and stains.
