The cotton pennant is double sided, multi piece construction, with fringe. The pennant is approximately 12 inches by 25 inches, exclusive of the fringe. The pennant shows spots and soiling, with uniform fading from exposure to the light, but the pennant is without holes, damage or repairs. The hoist edge has a sleeve for the insertion of a staff. Overall good field used condition.
