Third Reich NSDAP Reich Level Party Leader White Summer Tunic

The tunic is made from a high quality ribbed cotton material, with four pockets, being two pleated  upper chest pockets and two lower slash pockets on the hips. The tunic has turn back cuffs and gilt political leader buttons. There is a single set of loops on the left chest pocket for the wear of a badge. The tunic is fully lined in a white silken material, with that same lining beneath the pocket flaps. On the collar are crimson collar tabs with golden yellow piping and gilt political eagles, reflecting a Reich level position of “Politischer Leiter-Anwarter (P.G.), or “Political Leader Candidate, Party Member”.  The left sleeve carries the red wool armband of a Reich level official, the armband being piped in golden yellow with a central woven band of oak leaves that is approximately 20 mm wide. There is also gold trim near the top and bottom edges of the armband and a gold political pip on the armband swastika. The collar tabs and the armband are al sew to the tnic. The interior neck of the tunic has a large, machine woven label for the “Kleiderhaus Gunther-Malik” located on “Adolf Hitler Platz” in Brux. The tunic has areas of age toning and soiling, and would likely benefit from a careful cleaning,  but it remains in overall excellent condition.
