Approximately 7-3/8 inches by 12-1/4 inches, with a hanging ring at the top center. The card provides separate sections for officer and enlisted ranks sword, with those sections listing the height of the wearer of the sword and the appropriate length of the sword for the wearer. The reverse side depicts the hilts of nine different Eickhorn swords, with their model numbers. The card shows age toning as well as surface soiling and minor edge scuffs, but it is complete and intact and it makes an overall very good appearance.
