Third Reich Double Decal M34 Fire Police Helmet

The helmet retains approximately 95 percent of the exterior black paint, with the surfaces showing minor scuffs, scrapes and spots. The helmet top is without holes, and the helmet never had an aluminum comb. Both the police eagle decal and the national decal are approximately 90 percent intact. The full liner is present, with the interior dome pad intact, as is the liner drawstring. One liner tongue is stamped with the size of “54”. The liner has five tabs in the rear for attachment of the leather neck drape. The leather chin strap harness is also present and intact, although the leather loop through which the chin strap passes after it has been buckled is broken. The buckle and the metal components of the chin strap harness show rust. Overall the helmet is in very good condition.
