Third Reich Berlin Police Dress Bayonet by WKC with Matching Numbers

The blade of the cut-down Weimar Era bayonet shows spots, scratches, and some wear to the finish, but it is generally clean. The ricasso bears the WKC knight’s helmet trademark, while on the opposite side is the full company name of “Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Co. Solingen”. Both the guard and the scabbard throat have the matching police markings of “S.B. 6365” for the Schutzpolizei Berlin. The guard and the pommel exhibit fine detail with only minor speckling of the finish on the pommel surface. The horn grip plates are without chips or cracks. The aluminum police eagle displays minor wear. The black leather scabbard has minor scuffs, but it is complete and intact. Overall the bayonet is in very good condition.
