Third Reich Army NCO Portrait Photograph with His Post War Identity Cards

The group consists of the Third Reich portrait photo postcard of Georg Rohrer in the army uniform of a Feldwebel, and wearing a ribbon bar with four awards for World War I service, including the 1914 Iron Cross Second Class. The postcard is approximately 3 inches by 5-1/8 inches. Also in the group is Rohrer’s identity card (“Personen-Ausweis”), issued in 1946 and containing his photograph; his driver’s license (“Fuhrerschein”), with photograph, issued in 1947 in Donaueschingen, Germany (and which, curiously, is printed in both French and German); and his “European citizen Passport”, issued in 1950 without a photograph. the items are in overall excellent condition.
