The title of “Phiếu Lý Lịch” on the card translates as “Background Sheet”. Cards of this type are documented as having been used by the South Vietnamese government to document personnel assigned to, or working with, the U.S. Army’s Military Assistance Advisory Group. Very good condition, with typical age toning, and small pieces of the lower corners missing.
