Small Hitler Youth Drum

Approximately 10 inches in diameter. The brass body of the drum exhibits an uncleaned patina. The wooden frames shows some age and wear to the red and white paint. The drum heads show surface dirt, and one bears the number “38”, presumably reflecting 1938 manufacture. The side screw posts show rust. Overall very good  condition.
