Small 1916 German Coin for Military Use in Russia

The metal alloy coin is approximately 1 inch in diameter. One side bears the statement in German of “Gebiet Der Oberbefehlshabers Ost” (“Area of the Commander-in-Chief East”). The opposite side has an outline of an Iron Cross and, within this, what appears to be the designation in Russian of “3 Kopecks 1916”. Very good condition.
