Single Decal Army M35 Helmet with Period Overpaint by Sachsishe Emaillerwerke

The model 1935 combat helmet displays a period overpaint of field green color which exhibits spots and scratches, but which remains approximately ninety percent intact. The single army eagle decal is approximately ninety-five percent intact. The full leather liner is present on the interior, with all of the tongues being intact. The liner is lacking the drawstring and it is marked as a size 57. The interior side of the helmet bears the mark of “SE 64”, reflecting a size 64 helmet shell that was manufactured by the firm of Sachsishe Emaillerwerke. The leather chin strap is in place, with the tip of the end missing. Overall the helmet is in very good condition.
