The blade shows spots and surface dirt. The reverse ricasso is marked “Ges. Gesch. Geschutz”. The reverse grip plate has a horizontal crack below the lower rivet. The guard and pommel exhibit uncleaned patina, with the top of the pommel showing scratches and pock marks. The black scabbard paint is approximately 50 percent intact.
